Yes, it is completely free to register and verify a Paxum account.
There are no registration fees and no monthly maintenance fees.

After 180 days of inactivity a monthly Dormant Account fee may be charged if there is a positive balance on the account.
No fees will be charged when the account balance is $0.00

Visit the top right corner of the paxum.com website and click Sign Up.

Select between Personal or Business and then proceed with the signup process. It is straightforward and typically takes 3-4 minutes for a personal account application. Business account applications do take a few minutes longer due to the additional information required for such an application.

To close your account please contact customer support to initiate the process.

For a personal account Paxum requests your:

• name
• address
• date of birth
• phone number
• nationality
• email address
• and to verify your account a picture ID (such as a passport or drivers license),
• and a proof of address (such as a utility bill or bank/credit card statement) will be required to be securely uploaded through the Paxum account interface.

If you elected to close your Paxum account yourself in the past, then it may be able to be re-opened.

Please contact support@paxum.com to determine your eligibility. If your Paxum account was closed by us, then you will not be able to reopen the account.
