Every Paxum user can receive unlimited payments to their Paxum account.

Personal account-holders can send up to 5 (five) p2p transfers per day.
Business account-holders can send unlimited payments.

Paxum users may add and confirm up to 3 (three) distinct email addresses at any time.

Transfers sent to any verified email address associated with your account will be deposited to your Paxum account balance.

You can receive unlimited payments from other Paxum account-holders 24/7.

Simply provide any email address that is associated with your Paxum account, and that's it! With just your email address and a Paxum account anyone can send you funds! Paxum truly is pay with ease.

At the moment only Business account-holders can request the option to receive 3rd party payments to their account. This may change in the future. Naturally we recommend you suggest the company you want to receive payment from get their own Paxum account!

It's free and easy to register and verify a Paxum Business account so that you can receive payment from all your favorite platforms.

Business account-holders can send payments by clicking the Transfer Funds tab in the top menu of their account. Select the appropriate option and issue as many payments as you wish.

Personal account-holders can send up to 5 payments per day to other Paxum users by clicking Transactions and selecting Transfer to another account-holder.

Only Business users can issue Mass Payouts.

This option is available automated through the API and also can be performed through the web interface in the TRANSFER FUNDS section. A convenient CSV or XML file can be uploaded directly, or the mass payment information can be copy/pasted into the interface for bulk issue.

In addition to Mass instant Paxum to Paxum transfers, Business account-holders can also request approval to issue Mass Wires, Mass EFT's, and Mass Transfers to External Cards (Visa/Mastercard) directly from their Paxum account.

Simply enter the email address of the person you wish to send funds to, enter the amount, select the correct currency and submit the payment!

All Paxum to Paxum transfers are instantly sent and received, worldwide!

Paxum users can see up-to-date currency exchange rates in the appropriate sections prior to completing a currency exchange.

These sections include Transfers between accounts, Withdraw by Wire and Withdraw by EFT Transfer.

Paxum accounts offer support for multiple currencies.

Dedicated USD, EUR, GBP currency accounts are available, and many additional currencies are supported for Local Currency Wire Withdrawal and Local Bank Transfer (EFT) withdrawal.

New currencies can be added by clicking “Add Currency” inside the Paxum account interface in the Accounts section. Each currency account can be accessed when sending a Transfer to another User or when selecting a withdrawal method.

You can submit a payment request from inside your Paxum account in the Transactions section. Business account-holders can request payment in the Invoices section of their Paxum account.

Payment requests are sent via email instantly.

You can create an invoice in the Transactions or Invoices section of your Paxum account, dependant upon which type of account you use.

You will receive an automatic email notification whenever you receive payments to your Paxum account.

Yes, you may cancel the request at any time unless it has already been paid.

At which point you could have the payment reversed back to the original sender if it became unwanted.

Not at this time, but you can always encourage them to create and verify a Paxum account so that they can pay you through the Paxum platform.

Paxum does not handle disputes.

If you purchased goods or services and paid through Paxum you will need to contact the merchant/seller directly to arrange a refund. However, if a transaction is believed to be fraudulent in nature, then Paxum's Compliance Team can be contacted and they will investigate and review the situation on a case by case basis. To begin this process please open a support ticket and your report will be forwarded to the appropriate department.
