Security is a top priority at Paxum.
That is why we provide multiple optional security features.
Paxum clients can enjoy the strongest and securest account protection possible:
And Personal account-holders can also utilize 2 factor authentication for an extra level of account security.
We recommend that you keep your username (the email you use to login to your account) private.
Every Paxum account-holder may have up to three (3) email addresses confirmed to their account, enabling users to keep their login completely private at all times.
Using any of the numerous optional security features Paxum offers will also help prevent unauthorized account access. These features can be found in the SECURITY section of your Paxum account interface.
The best course of action when your account is limited is to review the Support Section of your Paxum account interface for any tickets opened by a Paxum staff member.
If you do not see a ticket, please open a ticket yourself to request further information. Often accounts become limited when proof of identity documentation expires. The situation can usually be resolved with the provision of up-to-date paperwork.
Our support staff is always happy to assist.
You can call us on our toll free phone line, or by opening a ticket in the Support section of your Paxum account, or by sending an email to support@paxum.com requesting assistance.
We recommend you immediately change your password and implement the optional security features such as Transaction Approval Codes, 2 factor authentication, and Access by IP (if you have a Static IP address).
